I gave you the wrong address with my order, what should I do?

Please email me the correct address as soon as you can to [email protected]. There is normally a 2-5 day window before your order ships to make changes. Please note, once your order has shipped I can not change the shipping address nor am I responsible for packages sent to the wrong address as no fault of my own.


My item(s) does not fit and/or I am not satisfied with my item(s). What is your return policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Jewelry is custom made to order. I do not accept returns unless your order was received damaged. If your item was received and was damaged upon arrival, I'll be more than happy to either refund you if you'd like to send that item back, or exchange your item.


I placed an order with you, but I need to cancel it.

If your order has not been shipped, I am able to cancel your order and refund you your money. 


I have not received tracking info for my order, has my order shipped?

Many times, you will not automatically receive tracking info. However, that does not mean tracking information for your order is not available. Please email [email protected] with your name and order number, and I'll be more than happy to provide tracking information to you once your order has shipped!


Payment

Ash Luxe Jewels accepts all payments via Paypal. Please note, this does NOT mean you have to have a paypal account in order to purchase. You will receive a payment receipt after your order is completed. If you have issues checking out please email [email protected] and I may be able to tell you why your payment may not be processing. 


The item I want is out of stock, will it be back soon?

If an item is going to be gone for good, I normally take it down from the website. If something is sold out, it should be back within two weeks of it being sold out.
